Protective relaying system study for the SEC transmission network
Framework contract for the review of the protective relaying system on all high voltage networks (from 110 kV to 380 kV) of the Saudi Electric Company. The purpose is to establish and apply a uniform standard in protective scheme principles, equipment selection, setting practices, maintenance and documentation, to be applied in all sub-regions of the SEC company.
